Fees
There is a prescribed fee for lodging an appeal before the Tribunal which must be paid when lodging a Notice of Appeal Form.
Please refer to the relevant Table of Fees below to ascertain the correct filing fee relating to your appeal/application.

Payment of the prescribed fee can be made by cash, cheque, money order, credit card or EFTPOS.
- Cheques should be made payable to Tasmanian Civil & Administrative Tribunal.
