What does the Personal Compensation Stream (Workers Rehabilitation and Compensation) do?
The Personal Compensation Stream (Workers Rehabilitation and Compensation) determines dispute relating to workers compensation under the Workers Rehabilitation and Compensation Act 1988.
When the Tribunal receives a referral, it will follow a process of determining the referral which includes:
- notifying relevant people about the application
- listing the referral for a teleconference Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) or a hearing;
- conducting ADR; or
- conducting the hearing and making a decision.
This website provides information about:
- the different types of referrals that the Personal Compensation Stream (Workers Rehabilitation and Compensation) can receive;

- how the referral will be determined;
- where you can get assistance and advice;
- what you can do if you disagree with a decision of the Tribunal.
