TASCAT Pronunciation Guidelines

The Tribunal recognises the importance of the correct pronunciation of names and use of appropriate gender pronounces in promoting public trust and confidence in the Tribunal and its impartiality.  A guideline has been released by the Tribunal setting out the responsibility of parties and staff of the Tribunal in ensuring the Tribunal has the necessary information to help it appropriately address people who appear before the Tribunal.  The Tribunal encourages parties and their representatives to send information to the Tribunal in accordance with this guideline.  The guideline is available on the Tribunal website.
