Guardianship Stream content updated

The Tribunal has updated all content on the Guardianship Stream webpages including new forms, fact sheets and handbooks for the reforms to the Guardianship and Administration Act 1995 that comes into force on 1 September 2024.

All old materials, forms and content have been removed.  This is to avoid confusion over the use of incorrect materials or forms.  If you require any old forms , please contact the guardianship registry.

The Tribunal has issued a transition guide and people are encouraged to read that document to assist them in making applications under the new provisions of the Act.
