Independent Review into the Public Trustee

The Tasmanian Civil and Administrative Tribunal welcomes and supports the Independent Review into the Public Trustee, its findings and recommendations as contained in the Report from Mr Damian Bugg AM QC . We met with Mr Bugg on two occasions and provided relevant information. We have actioned the two recommendations in the Report (1.1 and 1.2) that relate to TASCAT.
