Civil and Consumer Stream

This stream will manage a broad range of appeals, reviews and applications related to civil and consumer disputes.  Please note, the Tribunal cannot receive any civil or consumer dispute.  The Tribunal can only decide disputes that have been given to it by legislation.  The Tribunal has provided a table of types of applications it can receive in this stream.
