You are required to file the original of the entire application which may include attachments.

Applications must be lodged with the Tribunal and filed at the Hobart Office either in person or by post.

Applications must be accompanied by any documents or further information that the Deputy President requires and be accompanied by any documents that are required by the referring Act or the National Law as the case may be.

An application must be accompanied by the prescribed fee of $267.00.  Payment of the prescribed fee can be made by cash, cheque, money order, credit card or EFTPOS.  Cheques should be made payable to Tasmanian Civil and Administrative Tribunal.  Fees are usually increased annually at the end of each financial year.  Please contact us if you have any queries.

An applicant must serve a copy of an application on each other party to the proceedings and on any other person entitled to notice of the application under the referring Act or the National Law and on any person that the Tribunal or the Deputy Registrar directs be given notice of the proceedings.
